About: Food safety specialists ensure that Tasmanian food production — from farm gate to processor- meets regulatory and export standards.

They develop HACCP plans, conduct audits, train staff, investigate contamination incidents and liaise with regulators such as DPIPWE and FSANZ to protect public health and market access.
