Agricultural Enterprise Level 2 provides a broad overview of the food and agribusiness industry.

The Tasmanian Food and Agribusiness sector covers operations that include dairy, viticulture, aquaculture, fruit, vegetables, animal production, fibre production and horticulture. In this course learners will develop skills, knowledge and understanding in key areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Learners engage in a small-scale enterprise in an area of production that is suited to their learning context. Learners develop an awareness of agricultural systems and the importance of sustainable agricultural practice. This course covers content areas that include Environmental Systems: Managed and Natural, Animal Production, Plant Production and Enterprise.
